HIGH LEVEL COGNAC XO - VSOP - VS

For almost 3 generations, Cognac XO has been distilled, aged and blended in the shadow of the famous Donjon (keep) of Pons. Our master blender still uses some very old family cognacs from Fins Bois for the light mineral fineness and from Petite Champagne for the floral characteristics. He also carefully selects other small batches from Grande Champagne for the “rancio” notes, specific features of old and noble “eaux-de-vie” of this legendary “terroir”.
